However, we understand that not every item is right for every buyer, so we offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee that allows you to return ANY product purchased from us within 30 days from date of purchase for a full refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping fees), or for exchange or credit toward another item, provided that your return meets the following guidelines:
• Item is returned in its original packaging and unopened, completely unused and undamaged;
• Item is accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase;
• Item is accompanied by an assigned Return Merchandise Number (RMN), which you must obtain by contacting us at 904-737-4652 or email@example.com;
• All charges for shipping the item back to us are pre-paid by you.
ALL returns require previous communication with Pratt Guys and a valid RMN (Return Merchandise Number) issued by Pratt Guys. Items must be returned unopened in fully resaleable condition with all documentation, parts, attachments, etc. to: 6967 Philips Highway, Jacksonville, FL 32216.
You are responsible for any damage to the product when shipping it back for return, so please package your shipment very well and put appropriate insurance on it. We are not responsible for damages during shipping on returns. Be sure to check with us several days after you have shipped the return to verify that we have received it and that your refund is being processed.
If an item is damaged upon arrival, or if you receive anything other than what you ordered, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt so that we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
